You can add a dock by clicking one of the icons at the top. The numbers represent the dock's dimensions (in feet).
Move the selected dock by dragging it, or by using the arrow keys. Shift+arrow keys makes the dock move further.
You can also add docks with the Keyboard:

On a phone, you can zoom in by orienting to portrait view; you can zoom out by orienting to landscape view.
When you save, we'll check to make sure there aren't any docks overlapping each other.
If there are, we'll notify you!
